Buwakoro Christian Secondary School has announced a new bursary scheme targeting academically gifted students from low-income families.

The programme will cover full tuition fees for up to 50 students who demonstrate exceptional academic potential but face financial barriers to education.

"Education should be accessible to all talented children, regardless of their economic background," said the school director. "These bursaries represent our commitment to nurturing the next generation of Ugandan leaders."

Applications are open to students in S1 to S4 with outstanding academic records. The deadline for applications is June 30, 2026.
